Refund policy
Every purchase from Everyday Self-Care Queen donates a percentage to non-profit organizations and offers partial refunds for social media shares. For this reason, all sales are considered final. Items sent back to us without first contacting support@everydayselfcarequeen.com will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by the support team prior to being sent.
If for whatever reason you do not receive your purchase please contact support@everydayselfcarequeen.com with your proof of purchase and tracking information that was provided after your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos and the order number if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
